Data subject requests (PDPO / PIPL / GDPR)

If you are exercising your data subject access or correction rights under PDPO, or your equivalent rights under PIPL (Mainland users) or GDPR (EU/UK users), write to contact@yude.io and put "DSAR" in the subject line. We will acknowledge within 5 working days. For Hong Kong data access requests we will substantively respond within 40 days of receipt, the statutory deadline under PDPO Section 19(1). For Mainland users we will respond in a timely manner as required by PIPL Articles 45–47.

Response times for general enquiries

For general questions (not data subject requests), we reply when we can. We cannot guarantee a reply to every message during the invite-only alpha. This does not affect our statutory PDPO 40-day commitment for data subject requests.
