1. Information and cultural reference only

Yude's analyses are provided for informational and cultural-reference purposes only. The classical Chinese metaphysics framework on which the algorithm operates — the Four Pillars (四柱八字), the 24 solar terms (二十四節氣), the Ten Gods (十神), the Shensha (神煞), and the parental-compatibility (父母配合) layer — is a centuries-old interpretive tradition, not a scientific predictor of future events. The analyses are not, and shall not be misconstrued as, professional medical, reproductive-health, psychological, financial, legal, or tax advice.

2. We do not make predictions

Yude does not make predictions about your future or your child's future. The tool identifies dates whose classical chart structures the algorithm scores as more favourable than others under the specified framework; it does not assert that any particular outcome will or will not occur on any particular date. Free will, your decisions, the decisions of others, and circumstances outside any model's view shape outcomes far more than chart selection.

3. Not a substitute for professionals

Yude cannot replace, substitute, or constitute the services of trained professionals in any field, including but not limited to: obstetric and reproductive-health practitioners, fertility specialists, genetic counsellors, mental-health professionals, financial advisers, and lawyers. If you need advice in any such field, please consult a competent licensed professional. Do not delay seeking, or disregard, professional medical advice because of anything you have seen in Yude.

4. Reproductive health

Yude is not a fertility tool, a contraceptive tool, or a clinical decision-support tool. The dates the tool scores favourably are NOT fertility windows, ovulation predictions, or medically optimal conception windows. The "back-calculated conception window" shown in the tool is an arithmetic step from a candidate birth date and reflects no biological, hormonal, or clinical input. Do not use Yude in place of, or in delay of, any clinical consultation, fertility tracking, or reproductive-health intervention.

5. Transparency, not warranty

Yude's algorithm applies the classical framework named above transparently; a trained metaphysics practitioner can reproduce the chart structures and stem-branch interactions on which the algorithm operates. This transparency is methodological, not a warranty: we do not warrant or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, suitability, timeliness, or performance of the analyses, and we specifically disclaim all responsibility for any decision you take or refrain from taking on the basis of them.
